Bottle Grinders by Norm Architects look nothing like the salt and pepper grinders you’re used to. And that’s the whole plan. To create something noticeable and to change a well-known thing into something brand new – as a way to encourage people to try new things.
The form, shaped more like a bottle, cleverly tricks the user to encourage a more playful and experimental interaction with the product. The powerful ceramic mechanism makes the grinder easy to operate and perfect for a wide range of dried spices, seeds, salt and pepper. You simply open them, fill them with delicious ingredients and close them again. With the grinding mechanism located at the top of the set, it also ensures that you will keep your counter or kitchen table clean from salt and pepper flakes common with most other grinders. The Bottle Grinder collection is available in a range of beautiful, soft Scandinavian colours.
Care instructions:
Avoid placing bottle grinders in direct sunlight. Use a soft dry cloth to clean. For stains, use a light dish-washing soap. Do not use any cleaners with chemicals or harsh abrasives. To avoid noisy grinding, make sure the grinder is properly dry before refilling.
